Returns
Ready-made items: 30-day returns. Made-to-measure items are cut for your windows alone, so they can't be returned for change of mind, but anything faulty or mis-made is replaced or refunded in full, with a photo and one email.
Fabric & care
Fibre composition is listed on every product, we say linen only when it is linen. Machine wash cool, hang to dry; linen softens with every wash and is happiest slightly creased.
