Everything we make ships tracked. Made-to-measure pieces are cut for your order, so timings differ from ready-made; both are set out below.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is free on orders over £60. Below £60, the delivery charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch & delivery times

Made-to-measure curtains: cut and sewn to your measurements in 15–20 working days, then delivered by tracked courier.

Ready-made items: delivered tracked, typically arriving in 8–14 working days.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us. If anything changes with your order's timing, we will email you first.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Ordering from elsewhere? Email info@stonmark.com before ordering and we will confirm options and costs for your address.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it lost, email info@stonmark.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged) within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund. One email, no forms.
