Where we deliver. We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Ordering from elsewhere? Email info@stonmark.com before ordering and we will confirm options for your address.

Delivery cost. UK delivery is free on orders over £60. Below £60, tracked delivery is £4.99, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times. Made-to-measure curtains are cut and sewn to your measurements in 15–20 working days, then delivered by tracked courier. Ready-made items are delivered tracked, typically arriving in 8–14 working days. Overall, allow 8–20 business days depending on the item. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If anything changes with your order's timing, we will email you first.

Damaged or missing parcels. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it lost, email info@stonmark.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged) within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund. One email, no forms.
